Peanuts Make a Crunchy Snack—Also an Allergy Trigger

Anytime there is a party, activity or an event with church, school or home, there is going to be plenty of snacks that will give a variety of foods that taste good. Peanuts are an all time favorite and go with anything at any time. Just grab a hand full of this snack and nibble away.

Not everyone can handle eating peanuts. There are many people who are allergic to this little piece of a snack because of the oil, among other things that goes in it. If someone eats the nuts and has allergies with nuts, there may be some hives, a rash that itches, nausea and/or not being able to breathe normal.

Peanuts do make a good and healthy snack, but the only sure treatment and alternative for those who have allergies with peanuts is to leave the nuts alone. Keep in mind, many foods make peanut oil part of the ingredients.
